We design digital experiences with a strong visual identity and rigorous attention to functionality. We are looking for a designer with a distinctive aesthetic and the ability to transform complex briefs into clear and effective interfaces. The Collaboration
You will collaborate with the Ascend team to design user interfaces and user flows for our clients' websites, landing pages, and digital platforms. The collaboration is structured by objectives: you manage your own method and time independently, while respecting agreed deadlines. Fully remote, project-based contract with VAT number (P.IVA).
What you will work on
Designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, adhering to defined deadlines
Alignment with the team on briefs, revisions, and feedback, asynchronously or via dedicated calls
Contribution to the evolution of design systems with a structured and documented approach
The Profile
Portfolio with UX and UI projects demonstrating design rigor and a recognizable visual identity. Proficiency in Figma is essential: it is the primary tool we operate on. Solid understanding of usability, visual hierarchy, and information architecture. Development experience is not required, but familiarity with HTML/CSS or tools like Framer is an added value. Ability to manage work independently, punctuality in deliveries, and communicative clarity during alignment phases.
