UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a freelance UI/UX designer focused on digital interfaces, with solid experience in e-commerce, management software, and B2B platforms. We need someone capable of managing projects from start to finish—from user flows to the final UI—structuring complex systems, and adapting to different brands and industries with precision and autonomy.

We do not accept cross-disciplinary roles: we are not looking for graphic or visual designers, but professionals specialized in UI/UX with a solid portfolio.
The collaboration
Project-based collaboration with VAT number, with the possibility of continuity on multiple assignments based on results. You will coordinate with the art director and the IT team, but you will have wide decision-making autonomy on design choices. We work by objectives and agreed deadlines: method and timing are managed by you.
What you will work on
Complete experience design: information architecture, user flows, wireframes, UI, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
E-commerce: product pages, catalogs, filters, cart, and checkout, optimized for conversion and usability
Dashboards and management systems: admin panels, CRM, internal tools, data visualization, and high-information-density interfaces
Scalable design systems: components, variants, tokens, and documentation
Neat Figma files ready for development, with a clear handoff to the IT team
The profile
Portfolio consisting exclusively of digital UI/UX projects (e-commerce, web apps, platforms, management systems, apps). We do not evaluate portfolios of graphic design, branding, illustration, or mixed creative projects
Proven experience with e-commerce and B2B software or management systems, with real cases in your portfolio
Ability to design complex systems: detailed flows, roles and permissions, component states, edge cases, large amounts of data
Functional and usability-oriented approach, without an imposed personal style: each project follows the client's identity
Advanced mastery of Figma: components, variants, auto layout, variables
Ability to make design decisions independently and justify them
Punctuality in deliveries and clear communication
Plus: familiarity with HTML/CSS or Framer
